I know South Korea is pretty cutting edge on beauty procedures & surgeries. I would like to have a neck lift + lower face lift (after major weight loss) with minimally scarring. Prices are bat shit crazy for this in the states. Would it be a good idea to look for a surgeon in SK?

I feel as though their doctors have a better eye for details...
